Auckland, 10 December, 2013 – 64% of New Zealanders aged between 15 and 65 currently own a smartphone, and ownership levels are expected to grow strongly reaching 90% penetration in 2018. Andriod (64%) leads over the Apple iOS (24%) as the preferred operating platform.
