The human resource department plays a critical role on promoting, training, hiring and recruiting individuals fitting the two company\'s strategies . The human resource managers have the duty of hiring individuals who fit with organizational culture and who display the cultural characteristics that the organization wants to advance. Human resource managers serve as the single managerial voice in determining and setting the kind of culture in the organization. Human resource also has a sole responsibility of hiring those individuals who fit with the organizational culture and implementation of the same culture (Grant, 2010).
