Critical Thinking Discussion and Summary
The overall consensus in the class is that critical thinking is defined as a way of thinking that is in favor of thinking clearly and rationally but devoid of emotion and bias. Critical thinkers can remain open-minded while evaluating and analyzing information in order to reach a conclusion. Critical thinkers realize the importance of thinking critically because many people rely on them to make sound decisions that provide the best possible outcome. Everyone in the class hopes to improve their critical thinking skills either in their professional lives, personal lives or both.
